Exchange or Return Process: European Union
If you don’t like your order and wish to request a return, the first thing you must do is access the following link: exchange and returns portal.
To start the process, you will need to enter the email address you used to make the purchase and the order number.
Yellowshop reserves the right to refuse returns that are communicated or sent after the established period, items that are not in the same condition in which they were delivered, or items that have been used.
If the return is refused, we will contact you to let you know how to proceed.
How to prepare the PACKAGE:
- Place the item inside its original box or a similar one, and then inside the Yellowshop packaging or similar (always protected).
- Seal the box properly to ensure the package is not damaged.
- Never stick anything directly onto the shoe or clothing box, as this may invalidate the return.
- Finally, deliver the package to the assigned return point or hand it to the courier on the scheduled date. DONE!
Deadline to make an exchange or return:
You have a period of 1 year to request an exchange or return.
Cost of exchanges and returns:
- If you choose the delivery point option, returns cost €1 in Spain and Portugal. In other European Union countries, the cost is €2.99 (home collection only available in the Balearic Islands). We will deduct the return costs from the total amount to be refunded.
- If you request a home pickup, the cost will be as follows:
- Spain and Portugal: €4.99
- Balearic Islands: €11.99
- Rest of Europe: Home pickup not available
* If you process the return of an item purchased multiple times (same model, size, and color) in different orders, the refund will correspond to the amount of the most recent order.
Size or product exchange:
During the exchange process, you can request a size change or an exchange for a different product. If you select a different product, we will guide you through the process to either pay or receive the refund for the price difference.
If you choose a size exchange, the price will remain the same even if the item is on sale.

* For cash-on-delivery payments, the refund will be made via bank transfer, so you will need to provide your account number for the refund.

Defective items or issues:
If an item is defective or an error occurred in the shipment, follow the instructions indicated in the exchange and returns portal.
During the process, you will be asked to indicate the product’s condition and attach a photo of the defect, the sole, the upper part, and the shoe tag, so that our returns department can evaluate your case.
Once we receive this information, we will contact you to let you know how to proceed.
Please note that Yellowshop is not responsible for the use of washing machines as a cleaning method or the misuse of products that may damage the item, and reserves the right to refuse returns communicated or sent after the deadline.

Rejected returns:
Returns will be rejected if the product shows obvious signs of use (worn soles, stains, wrinkles, or other damage that prevents resale) or if it does not belong to Yellowshop.
In these cases, the customer will be notified by email of how to collect the product from our warehouse.
You will have a period of 6 months to collect the product. Any shipping or additional management costs will be borne by the customer.
After this period, if the product has not been claimed, we will proceed with its destruction in accordance with our internal policies, with no possibility of refund.
Defective items or issues:
If an item is defective or there was an error in the shipment and the items are unused, please contact atc@caruniversalpartsline.com and you will be informed of how to proceed.
